According to the Regulation on Fire Protection of Buildings, emergency announcement systems are mandatory in all hotels with 200 beds and above, in all buildings whose height exceeds 51.5 meters, whose total construction area exceeds 5000 m2, and whose number of users exceeds 1000 people.
